Abstract
Purpose
In the digital age and the current era of data governance, knowledge has emerged as a valuable resource alongside other resources that businesses focus on. In this regard, the key success factors of knowledge management systems are considered essential areas that require the necessary attention for effective knowledge management implementation. The insurance industry has played a role in covering various risks. knowledge has emerged as a valuable resource alongside other resources that businesses focus on which requires management of the associated risks. In this regard, the key success factors of knowledge management systems are considered essential areas that require the necessary insurance coverage. Therefore, the present study aimed to design a market-oriented knowledge management model in production cooperatives with the Role of Insurance in the Sustainability of Cooperatives and Businesses.
methodology/approach
This research is an applied study in which semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect information. The data obtained were analyzed using the Atlas.ti software and the Strauss and Corbin method along with the paradigm model (open, axial, and selective coding). In this research, sampling was conducted using a theoretical method and with a purposive technique, based on which 12 interviews with experts in the field of management and marketing were conducted. The validity of the data collection tool was confirmed using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) test, and its reliability was confirmed using the Kappa Cohen test.
Findings
The results of the data obtained from the interviews during the open, axial, and selective coding process led to the presentation of a model for market-oriented knowledge management in production cooperatives with the Role of Insurance in the Sustainability of Cooperatives and Businesses. Research findings indicate that the success factors of knowledge can be divided into four main groups: managerial, financial, cultural, and structural. Each group includes relevant indicators. Risk management and utilization of insurance capacities are structural factors. This model can increase the share of cooperatives in the country's economy and utilize the insurance industry's capacities to sustain its businesses.

[2] نامه هایی که بجای انتقاد سازنده به ایده های تحقیق، مشتمل بر حملات شخصی به نویسنده باشند، توجه و چاپ نمی شود.
[3] نامه ها نباید بیش از 300 کلمه باشد.
[4] نویسندگان نامه لازم است در ابتدای نامه تمایل یا عدم تمایل خود را نسبت به چاپ نظریه ارسالی نسبت به یک مقاله خاص اعلام نمایند.
[5] به نامه های ناشناس ترتیب اثر داده نمی شود.
[6] شهر، کشور و محل سکونت نویسندگان نامه باید در نامه مشخص باشد.
[7] به منظور شفافیت بیشتر و محدودیت حجم نامه، ویرایش بر روی آن انجام می پذیرد.
